  The cashier is trying desperately to blame the customer for attitude when you gave them the news they had to walk half a kilometer down the road to get cash, with 5 minutes to do it in. No we dont want your overpriced drinks, we want cash out for the bus. As a side note, I highly recommend the Iga down the road, for half the price I was going to pay at this place I got all the drinks I was going to get but upsized. The customer service there was really good too, they saw that we were in a rush. Fair enough you dont do cash out mate, but you had the worst response a cashier could ever have to a customer and you are now getting pissy over it. You deserve less than 1 star. //after the owners response// No, my complaint is not with sun bus, my complaint is with you and your derogatory attitude toward me and my partner. You said that we were not welcome back after we said "dont worry about the drinks then". I even put them away for you! Ill say that again, You said we were not welcome back because we said "dont worry about the drinks then". Our complaint is definitely toward you, and you continue to not only disregard our complaint, but also try to accuse me of slandering your business. You acted in a manner not beffiting of someone working in customer service, and that is what these reviews are used to demonstrate. You continue to show no remorse and try to pass off our review. Respect does need to be shown on both ends, and you have yet to hold up your end. The review stands.
